Day at the Races

Brady had his first day at the races this weekend. We went to Keeneland with Gran, Grandpa, Aunt Kelly and Uncle Joe. It was a beautiful day and Brady loved the horses. We enjoyed our Fall Break spending time with our families and enjoying the great weather. It was nice being home with Brady and taking him to Huber Farm, the zoo and Keeneland. We'll be looking forward to our holiday breaks and more time off together.

We've been watching a lot of football. We went to the E'town game this past week to support my dad. Jason and I went to the UK game on Saturday, unfortunately they lost, but we had a great time. Jason's middle school football team remained undefeated to finish the regular season. They will be playing for the state championship in the next couple of weeks. More to come.

The Louisville Zoo

Our busy Fall Break continued with a trip to the zoo with Gran, Aunt Kelly and Jessi. Brady loved the animals, especially the elephants and monkeys, but he liked the fish best of all. He got so excited watching them swim around, I guess he'll be a fisherman like his dad. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time.

Huber Farm

We started our Fall Break with our annual trip to Huber Farm. Mammaw Abell, "Nana" Bev, Aunt Nita and Jessi went with us. We had a great time. Brady loved sitting on the tractor with his dad and petting the animals in the petting zoo. Brady got his first pumpkins to carve for Halloween but he was really more interested in eating the leaves.
