Christmas at Nana & Pops

We had Christmas at Jason's parent house Tuesday night. We started at Stone Hearth with dinner and then went to Hodgenville to Nana's and Pops house. Jessi and Brady got all kinds of gifts and Jason and I got some awesome gifts also. It was a nice night.

Decorating Christmas Cookies

Jessi, Brady and I made Christmas cookies and decorated them. I told Brady that we were putting icing on the cookies and not eating them, but he really didn't get it. He took a bite out of every cookie that he decorated. So, basically Jessi and I decorated them. But they had fun!

Christmas with the Bryan's

We went to Ben and Danielle's for the kids to exchange gifts. They loved their presents and enjoyed playing with each other.

Wedding Reception

We went to my cousin Amy's wedding reception last Saturday in Louisville. Brady had an absolute blast dancing and hanging out with the kids. It was a really fun night.

Christmas at Dana's

Brady loves Mrs. Dana and she is so good to him. She got him some new pj's, a book and they made a cute Christ mas shirt with his footprint on it. Thanks Mrs. Dana!

Live Nativity

We went to a live nativity tonight so Brady could see the animals. He loved the camel, llama, sheep, goat and donkey. He went into the manager and talked to baby Jesus. He really enjoyed it and wanted to rub all of the animals. It was a nice experience for him.

Christmas in Bardstown

We went to my dad's family Christmas at my grandpa's house last night. Brady enjoyed playing with some of the kids and he got to open some of his gifts. They even got grandpa's dog to wear a Christmas hat.

Christmas Party

We took Brady to Jason's parents work Christmas party and he loved it. He ran right up to Santa, got in his lap and told him what he wanted for Christmas. He got a guitar and bag of chocolate and watched a magic show. It was a good morning.

Breakfast at the Bryan's

We decided to start a new tradition this year rather then having our kids exchange gifts with one another. We chose a child from one of our schools and bought Christmas gifts for him to teach our kids to give and not just take. We had a great breakfast, wrapped gifts and the kids had a ball playing together.

Brady hugging his little sister

Every night when Brady says his prayers he always prays for the baby. And after he prays for her he'll say, "mommy can I hold the baby?" I tell him when she gets here he can hold her. So the other night he gave her a hug in my belly and laid on my belly and fell asleep.

Breakfast with Santa

Last weekend we went to breakfast with Santa with Emily, Kinlee and Aunt Kelly. It was a great morning. Brady sat in Santa's lap and didn't cry, but he wouldn't talk to him or smile. After breakfast they had train rides around town and Brady really loved that. He was giving Kinlee hugs and saying "choo, choo" the whole time. He is so funny.
