To all of our family and friends....

It is New Years Eve today and I can't believe 2008 is over. It has been a great year for our family. Brady has brought us so much joy. He is at such at cute age and he's doing so many new things. He will be 10 months this week and in the past few weeks he has taken his first steps and said several new words. He will say "daddy", "my mom," "Keke" for Kelly, "Joseph," "Jessi," "ball," "dog" and a few more. He laughs all the time and loves to listen to music and dance, especially to Sesame Street. He has three teeth now and three more on the way. Brady is such a fun and precious baby. Jason and I are so blessed to have each other and Brady. We love you all and appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for sharing 2008 with us, we look forward to a great 2009!

They had a lot of fun playing together. then Brady opened more gifts. He got some new clothes from Great-grandma and grandpa and Aunt Donna and Uncle Ricky. And he got toys from Aunt Linda and Uncle John and the cousins. We had such a busy day. But it was fun and Brady enjoyed playing with all the kids.

He got some WV gear, a Tonka truck he can ride, clothes and money. He loved playing with his Aunt Jessi and his cousins Ryan, Ashley, Ella and Davi. Brady enjoyed spending time with Nana and Mammaw Abell.

Christmas Morning

What a busy morning on Christmas Day. Santa came to our house while we were at Gran and Grandpa's house so Brady started the day opening his gifts from Santa and from Jason and I. He loved his new Sesame Street DVD's and toys. He got lots of cool new things. After Jason and I exchanged our gifts to each other Robbie came over and brought Brady some cool Disney characters, a blanket and a push toy. After all the excitement we had to get ready for the day.

We had a great Christmas Eve. We went to Christmas Eve Mass with my family and Brady was great. Then we went to Gran and Grandpa's house and Santa had been there and brought Brady a lot of cool things. We had a great time opening gifts and spending time together. Snow Day!

We had our first snow day! We enjoyed every minute staying home with Brady and doing a few last minute Christmas things around the house. Brady helped me make some Christmas treats and wrap some gifts. He enjoyed eating some bananas in his big boy seat. And boy did he love the snow. We were just out for a few minutes because it was so cold. Of course the first thing he did was put it in his mouth and sit down to explore. We will be off again tomorrow to enjoy some more time together, can't wait!

Radio City Christmas Spectacular

We got to see the Rockettes! We got tickets to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in Nashville on Sunday. My mom, Kelly, Brady and myself went and had a fantastic day. We went shopping at Opry Mills, we ate at The Aquarium, went to the show and finished up the day looking at the lights at the Opryland Hotel. The show was so amazing. The colors, lights and the live nativity at the end was breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better day. Brady was so good. Luckily we had great front row seats and he was so entertained by the show. But his favorite part of the whole day was the restuarant. We were surrounded by fish when we ate lunch and fish are his favorite. He laughed and talked to the fish. It was the cutest thing.

Getting in the Christmas Spirit

We had a very busy weekend, getting into the Christmas spirit. We started the weekend by going to Bardstown on Friday night to watch Jessi play basketball. On Saturday we went to Louisville with the whole Newton family. Brady got to see Santa again at Bass Pro Shop. He was so fascinated with him that he would not look at the camera to get his picture taken. His favorite thing was the fish. He loved watching them swim around in the huge tanks. We also went to the mall and did a little shopping and ended the day with a nice dinner at Carraba's. It was a busy, fun day.

Poor sick baby!

Well the whole family has had the horrible stomach virus. It started on Thanksgiving with me and then Brady got it. He passed it on to Jason, my family and Jason's family. We are finally all well and getting ready for the holidays. We can't wait to be out of school for two weeks to spend some time together. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and hope that everyone enjoys this holiday season as much as we are.

Enjoy this video that we put together of our busy Fall.

Happy Holidays

Brady is already enjoying the Christmas spirit. The Christmas tree, all the lights and he loved Santa. Mommy, daddy and Brady went to breakfast with Santa and Brady was so good. He pulled on Santa's beard a little, but he wasn't one bit afraid of him.

A Nice Night

We had a bon fire at Gran and Grandpa Newton's house on Saturday night. It was a beautiful night and Brady really enjoyed the beautiful fire.

First Thanskgiving

Brady had a great first Thanksgiving. He started the morning at Grandpa Newton's in Bradstown, then went to the Abell's in the afternoon and finished up at Grandma and Grandpa Yuda's. It was a very busy day, especially for dad since mommy was sick with a stomach virus. Then poor Brady got the bug as well, but he is starting to feel better now.

Cutest Giraffe Ever

Brady had a great time Trick or Treating with his friends!!
