We took Brady to Sesame Street Live this past weekend. He absolutely loved it. He was so excited when they came out on the stage. He was yelling, "Look it's, cookie and Elmo and Big Bird." He loved every minute of it. I'm so glad we were able to take him before the baby came. She will be here in a few days now. We are excited and a little nervous. We'll keep you posted.
We had a "cookie monster" birthday party for Brady at the Dugout on Friday. We just invited a few of Brady's friends and they had an amazing time. They jumped in the bouncy castle, played with the exercise balls, danced, ate pizza and cake and had so much fun. Some of Brady's friends were sick or couldn't make it, and we really missed them. Overall, Brady had a great time at his birthday party and we appreciate everyone that came and made it so special!
We celebrated Brady's 2nd birthday this past week. Actually he had several celebrations. His first was at my grandparents house last Sunday with my aunts and uncles. He got some cute clothes, boots, books, and of course enjoyed some cake. We sang to him and mom since my aunt didn't get to come up the weekend of mom's birthday. Then we had my family and Jason's family over to our house for Brady's favorite dinner, spaghetti and meatballs, on his actual birthday. He got more clothes, books, shoes, toys, etc. The only thing that he asked for was "water goggles" and he had to put them on as soon as he opened them. He was too funny. I can't believe our baby is already two!! And I really can't believe that his little sister will be here in a few weeks.
